Day Tours
Student Ecotourism Guided Day Tour
This student's fully guided day tour package is an informative and educational experience to see some of the Gold Coast's hidden natural treasures. Start the educational journey with a scenic ferry ride along the marine foreshore habitats of the Coomera River, South Stradbroke Island and the National Marine Park of the Gold Coast Broadwater to our resort. Once arrived, you will be met by our Environmental Guides where your introduction to the unique natural habitats of South Stradbroke Island will commence. Including our 'Jurrasic Era' Livistona rainforest precinct, you will learn about the island's aboriginal and european history, as well as the natural beauty of the ecosystems as you take a leisurely walk through the resort and surrounds.
Once you've finished your educational journey, it's time to enjoy a healthy lunch (included) , and then discover Couran Cove's diverse range of sporting and recreational facilities. The ferry transfer back to the mainland is then 2 choices of 3.00pm or 5.00pm.

Environmental Initiatives Day Tour
Go behind the scenes of a large scale working tourism resort that is essentially self-sufficient from the mainland community. These areas cover Power Generation - LPG power station, Water Provision - underground watertable purification system, and Waste Management - worm farm, recycling waste management systems for liquid and solid wastes.
Once you've finished your educational journey, it's time to enjoy a healthy lunch (included) , and then discover Couran Cove's diverse range of sporting and recreational facilities. The ferry transfer back to the mainland is then 2 choices of 3.00pm or 5.00pm.
